Here are the features of the 890 sq ft unit:
- A luminous SITTING AREA with floor-to-ceiling glass doors that has direct access to the balcony. The space features super comfy seating, a flat-screen Smart TV with cable channels + Showtime, a coffee table, and end tables that create a wonderful place to rest and recharge between activities.
- A PRIVATE OCEANFRONT BALCONY with a table and chairs for enjoying the sea breeze while eating, drinking, or just relaxing!
- A fully-equipped bright KITCHEN with quality appliances and all the cookware, dishes, and utensils you’ll need to prepare homemade dishes if you choose to eat at home. There’s a dishwasher for easy clean-ups, a coffee maker for morning perk-ups, and a blender for afternoon mixers.
- A DINING TABLE that can comfortably seat 6 guests for sit-down meals at home.
- 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms to accommodate up to 4 guests as such:
BEDROOM 1: 1 King bed, ensuite full bath, and direct access to the patio
BEDROOM 2: 2 Twin beds, and an ensuite full bath

There's a GAME ROOM on the main floor common area that you have access to with a pool table, some arcade games, and there's a SHARED LAUNDRY ROOM in the building on the ground floor that you can use for a fee of $2.50 per load wash and $2.50 per load dry.

Guest Access
You’ll have full, exclusive access to the apartment. Plus, access to the common areas and amenities at the Oceania Beach Club condo complex. The complex is wheelchair-accessible (ramps & elevators).

The Neighborhood
- Oceania Beach Club is an oceanfront property, one block walk away from Flagler Avenue.
- Our beachside avenue features unique local boutiques, a variety of restaurants and bars, and even our own little post office (stop and say Hi to Patty while in town).
- There are tennis courts and a new playground just a block west.
- Back on the mainland, there are plenty of nearby golf courses, tennis courts, and marinas to check out.
- Kayaking, paddle boarding, and deep-sea fishing are available year-round.
- And there are over 13 miles of snow-white sandy beaches great for surfing, shell collecting, swimming, dolphin watching, biking, and bird watching. Sometimes even turtles!

Other Things To Note
There is no daily housekeeping service, but a cleaning service can be requested for an additional fee. Please let us know in advance.
There are security cameras inside and outside the building facing public areas only. There are none inside the apartments.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) is allowed inside the condo or on the balcony. Please use the designated smoking area at the property if you must smoke. Also, the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with this rule will incur a $500 penalty.
- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 9 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- All guests MUST have a valid parking pass displayed and visible at ALL TIMES to prevent your car from being towed. Overnight parking passes expire at 10am.
Only ONE overnight pass is allowed per unit. We have no control over towing. We cannot call the tow company and ask them to bring back a vehicle for no charge under any circumstances.
- Golf Cart Parking – Golf carts cannot be parked in a parking spot even if that is your only vehicle. Please park in the grassy lot across Buenos Aires.
- Front Desk Hours 8 am until 9 pm every day.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Guests must adhere to the building and pool rules as well.
